Preamble
We, the alumni of Ganta United Methodist School, residing in the United States of America, recognizing our shared heritage and the transformative role our alma mater has played in our lives, do hereby establish this Constitution and Bylaws to unite us in fellowship, service, and support for Ganta United Methodist School and the broader community of Ganta, Liberia. Bound by the values of faith, education, and community instilled in us by our school, we commit ourselves to preserving its legacy, advancing its mission, and ensuring that future generations of students in Ganta have access to the quality education that shaped our own lives.

Section 1 — Official Name
This organization shall be known as the Ganta United Methodist Alumni Association USA, hereinafter referred to as "GUMAA USA" or "the Association."
Section 2 — Abbreviation
The Association may use the abbreviation "GUMAA USA" in all official communications, publications, and correspondence.
Adopted by the membership of the Ganta United Methodist Alumni Association USA
This Constitution and Bylaws is the governing document of GUMAA USA. For questions, proposed amendments, or certified copies, contact the Secretary of the Association.
