The Ganta United Methodist Alumni Association USA unites graduates of Ganta United Methodist School living across the United States — bound by shared memories, a common heritage, and an enduring commitment to our alma mater.
Our Story
Ganta United Methodist School has shaped generations of Liberian leaders since its founding. Established by the United Methodist Church in Ganta, Nimba County, the school has long been a beacon of academic excellence and Christian values in the region.
As alumni settled across the United States, a shared desire to stay connected — and to give back — gave rise to the Ganta United Methodist Alumni Association USA. What began as informal gatherings of former classmates grew into a formal association dedicated to fellowship, service, and the advancement of Ganta United Methodist School.
Today, GUMAA USA brings together alumni from every graduating class, every chapter of the school's history, and every corner of the United States. Together, we fund scholarships, support infrastructure improvements, and ensure that the next generation of students in Ganta has every opportunity to succeed.
